OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that an employee was exposed to a crushing and amputation type hazard from a steel I-beam and ship's section that was cut free from a single support post without any other means to support the ship's section.  (a) At bldg. 1 Southeast side:  On or about 9/15/2020, an employee was exposed to struck-by and caught between type hazards when tack welds were cut on a single post supporting the ship's skeg, causing it to fall backward, striking the employee between the ship's section and a steel I-beam.
