29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Enforcement of this standard was not done by the employer. A) 2240 Rt 22 Union, NJ 07083 An employee that was operating a Genie SX-135 XC aerial lift from the lift's basket was not utilizing a personal fall arrest system or a travel restraint system while attempting to load the lift onto a flatbed trailer. Hazard occurred on or about 09/21/22
