29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 21, 2022, employees were performing decking operations at heights of 6 feet and greater from a lower level without the use of a fall protection system, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling from height up to 28-feet high.
