29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) Lot #2; Second Floor; Front Side: On or about September 22, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet and 7 inches, in that the employer failed to provide a fall protection system to employees performing framing activities on the second floor.
