29 CFR 1926.703(b)(5): The sills for shoring were not sound, rigid, and capable of carrying the maximum intended load: a) For the construction site at 4345 Founders Club Dr., Sarasota, FL 34240, on or about 09/22/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards while they were working off of concrete form work at heights of approximately 16 feet, in that, the sills/footing on which the formwork rested was not sound. Rather it consisted of multiple concrete blocks and different sized pieces of wood stacked up in an unstable manner.
