29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a)	Naval Station Oceana Building #530, third floor:  On or about 09/09/2022, the outer jacket on the Hilti DD 150-U core drill flexible cord was pulled away from the male attachment plug.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
