29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) Naval Station Oceana Building #530: On or about 09/21/2022, the path to ground on the DeWalt Pavement Breaker MDL #D25980 was not permanent and continuous during use in that the male attachment plug was missing its ground prong thereby exposing an employee to a possible electric shock hazard. No abatement certification or documentation required.
