29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 20, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees performing roofing activities on a commercial building were not in use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.
