29 CFR  1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not used:  (a) 12341 Susquehanna Trail S, Glen Rock PA - Job Site - An employee was observed  operating a battery operated hand held cut-off saw without wearing impact resistant eye protection while cutting wire mesh sheets, on or about September 22, 2022.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
