In that, the exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed due to merchandise, boxes of product, rolltainers and U-boats with merchandise. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 2, item number 1 b and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2022, which respect to a workplace located at 10757 U.S. 11 Adams, New York. 29 CFR 1910.176(b):Storage of material created a hazard: (a) Dollar General Corporation/ Dolgencorp, LLC, 516 Veterans Boulevard, Derma, MS 38839 - The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent struck-by, trip, and fall hazards, as demonstrated on or about September 22, 2022, in the main storage room / receiving room where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure boxed merchandise that is in storage is arranged in a stable manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees. DG Retail, LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450479, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2020, which respect to a workplace located at 1111 N Cole St. Bushnell, Illinois.
