Open conductors, open multiconductor cables, and service-drop conductors of not over 600 volts, nominal, shall conform to the minimum clearances specified in Table S-6. On or about September 20, 2022, Frontier Rig #26, black electrical cable (120-125V) was not at a minimum height clearance of 10 Feet. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and electrical shock hazards.
