29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1):Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: On or about September 20, 2022, Unit Drilling Rig 405 location, metal wire was used to suspend electrical cords (120V/240V) supplying power to three different trailers, this condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in the following instances: a) Trailer #OPR 16173 b) Trailer #1098 c) Trailer #OPR 1537
