29 CFR 1910.304(c)(2): Open outside conductors rated 600 volts, nominal, or less did not conform to minimum vertical clearances as specified in Table S-6. On or about September 20, 2022, Unit Drilling Rig #405, a black electrical cable (120-125V) was not at a minimum height clearance of 10 Feet. This condition exposed employees to tripping and electrical shock hazards.
