29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: On or about September 19, 2022, a flexible cord was run in between a door and door jamb without protection from accidental damage. This condition exposed employees to an electrical hazard.
