29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about September 21, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite while workers were building residential homes, exposing workers to hazards such as, but not limited to falls and struck-by.
