29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 5409 Gannett Lane, Pueblo, CO 81008: On August 5, 2022, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Two subcontractor employees were framing on the second level worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
