29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan that contained at least the elements of paragraph(s) 1926.1153(g)(1)(I) through (iv). Location - 19 Foster Street, Peabody, MA On or about September 26, 2022, two employees were using an electric hand saw to dry cut mortar joints in an attempt to repoint brick walls. The employer had not implemented an exposure control plan, including the elements required by paragraph (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(iv) of this section.
