29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that guardrail systems met the requirement that midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members that are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or parapet that is at least 21 inches (53 cm) high. a) For the shop location at 900 9th Ave. North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33705, on or about 09/23/2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 7.8 feet, in that, an upper level used to access tires was missing a midrail and only had one rail present.
