29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Peachtree Village at or near Tara Drive., Hackettstown, NJ   The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards. Employees engaged in roofing activities on a multi-unit residential building, worked at or near the edges at heights of approximately 30 feet and were not protected by any means of fall protection.  Violation observed on or about 09/26/2022  M.A.J. Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1596539, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/12/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Building 4, Peachtree Rd., Hackettstown, NJ 07840.  M.A.J. Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283483, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/13/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Beauport Court, Marlton, NJ 08053.
