29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) Warehouse: On or about 9/27/2022, the Raymond Pallet Rider Jack 196B, SN# 840-12-92805, stopped abruptly during operation, resulting in an employee injury. The pallet rider had not been removed from service when an electrical problem was discovered prior to this incident.
