29 CFR  1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally. The cross braces shall be of such length as will automatically square and align vertical members so that the erected scaffold is always plumb, level, and square. All brace connections shall be secured.  a) North, West, South and East sides of building, on 09-27-2022, the employer failed to ensure that all the frames of the tubular welded frame scaffold were secured by cross-braces, exposing the employees to struck-by and caught-between hazards in the event of an scaffold structure failure and collapse.  Frames did not have cross bracing on the inside nearest to the wall for the 2nd through 6th levels.
