29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied: Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the platform that was resting on the forks of a forklift, and that employees were required to work from, was positively attached to the forks of the forklift. On or about September 27, 2022, an employee sustained a fractured thumb after falling to the ground from an unstable platform.
