29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a) At BDM impact Services Inc: On or about September 28 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not develop, implement and maintain a written Hazard Communication Program that describes the criteria for warning labels, safety data sheets, employee training and information for the safe handling and storing of chemicals in the workplace.
