29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent tension from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about September 30, 2022, employees engaged in diary product packaging operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards because the strain relief on a flexible cord running from the seamer electrical junction box to the base feed drive was damaged.
