OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that a Corghi HP 2024 machine operator was exposed to amputation and crushing hazards while operating the equipment: On September 24, 2022, at the tire changing bays located at 3670 NW South River Drive, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to amputation and crushing hazards while attempting to dismount a tire from the Corghi 2024 HP tire-changing machine without being required by the employer to follow the manufacturer's specified safe operation procedures.
