(a) Commercial construction site at 1009 Austin Road located in Winder, GA: On or about October 4, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a thermal burn hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the 2,000-gallon diesel fuel tanks were protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operating near them.
