Buck Company LLC., 897 Lancaster Pike, Quarryville, PA 17566 - Foundry Wide - On or about October 5, 2022, employees who chose to wear respirators voluntarily were not provided the basic advisory information on respirators per 29 CFR 1910.134, Appendix D.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
