29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about October 3, 2022, in the Re-work room, the employer did not ensure the employees could identify the location of the nearest fire extinguisher by placing a sign above it, exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards.
