29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):  At this establishment, the employer's written lockout/tagout program did not include lockout/tagout procedures for clearing/removing edgings from the PHL Industries Edger.   a) At Wagner Nineveh, LLC, in the sawmill, on or about 9/29/2022: An employee's fingers were pinched and severely injured when the employee was tasked with removing jammed edgings from the backside of the PHL Industries edger while it was on. The employer had not included a procedure for this in their lockout/tagout program and exposed employees to the hazard of getting pinched/caught in running gear sprockets and chains.
