Employees were exposed to health hazards.  Employees engaged in pet care activities at Unleashed Pet Rescue & Adoption at 5918 Broadmoor Street Mission KS were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not developed and implemented a comprehensive hazard communication program.  Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to Bleach, which causes severe skin burns, corrosive and eye damage.  ADVION WDG (Indoxacarb, Kaolin, Pure Sucrose, Titanium Dioxide, Dioxosilane) causes damage to organs (Blood, Heart, Nervous system) through prolonged or repeated exposure, harmful if swallowed and may cause cancer.
