29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about October 5, 2022, and at times prior thereto, frequent and regular inspections were not conducted where workers were framing a residential home under construction, exposing workers to hazards such as, but not limited to falls and struck-by falling materials and flying projectiles.
