29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees without satisfying the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph: (a) Worksite located at 36 Gooding Avenue, Bristol, RI 02809: On or about October 6, 2022, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while working with power tools from a Werner 6-foot portable ladder placed on top of a Werner Aluma-plank scaffold deck, as a means to increase the employee's working level.
