On or about October 6, 2022 and times prior there to, powered industrial trucks were left powered on and unattended when the lifts were no longer in the field of view of the operators at the following instances: a) Toyota Stand Up Lift left unattended via field of view near Corridor to Production Building; b) Toyota Stand Up Lift left unattended via field of view near Warehouse Manager's Office
