Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about 12/5/2022, Tyson Chicken, Inc. did not examine the electric equipment and ensure it was free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  The facility had the following hazards:  a) An electrical conduit did not have proper strain relief on the votator equipment in the Pet Food Department.  The electrical conduit had separated from the connecting device.   b)   An outlet box located next to the Peracetic Acid distribution equipment outside had a partially attached metal outlet cover.  There were two electrical cords attached to the outlet.  c)   A junction box located on the SC 9 Ammonia Compressor in Engine Room 2 did not have a cover to prevent accidental contact with exposed wiring.
