29 CFR 1915.12 (f): The employer did not ensure that all available information on the hazards, safety rules, and emergency procedures regarding confined and enclosed spaces or other dangerous atmospheres was exchanged with any other employer whose employees may enter the same spaces: Location: USS IWO JIMA, Main Machinery RM 1, GD NASSCO Norfolk On or about: 28 Sep 2022 a) Employees were authorized to worked in Main Machinery RM 1; hazardous information of confined work was not exchanged with employers whose employees enter the same space. A dangerous atmosphere for employee inside of tank 7-65-4-F was created when subcontracted employees of AMP closed the entrance lid to tank 7-65-4-F.
