29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Location: 2441-A Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10467 a) On or about October 6, 2022, the employer did not ensure the emergency exit located in the southwest area of the store was kept free and unobstructed. Boxes of merchandise partially obstructed the exit route. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
