29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: Shrink Wrap: On, or about, October 4, 2022, disposable wipes that were used with ALPED D2 Quat-Free Surface Sanitizer, a Category 2 flammable liquid with a flashpoint of 69.8�, F, were disposed of into a plastic trash receptacle.
