29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Lot 129 Edie Circle, Stewartstown, PA, roof outside sheeting - On or about October 6, 2022, employees were performing work on a residential roof with a height between 12 and 19 feet above grade and a pitches of 6 and 12 and also 10 and 12 without fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. (b) Lot 129 Edie Circle, Stewartstown, PA, roof interior trusses - On or about October 6, 2022, employees performing residential roofing work were exposed to a fall through the roof trusses of approximately 9 feet to the lower level. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. (c) Lot 129 Edie Circle, Stewartstown, PA, 1st floor patio door and windows - On or about October 6, 2022 employees performing framing work on the 1st floor were not protected from a fall of approximately 9 feet above grade through the open 1st floor patio door and windows at the rear of the residence. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
