The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: 11425 TX Loop 1604, San Antonio, TX: On or about October 03, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to fall hazards while using a JLG aerial lift without the use and wear of a fall harness to ascend to the top of a 3 story roof to paint the exterior.
