29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) On or about 10/06/2022 - 280 Andrew Lane, Margaret, AL, employees were operating pneumatic nail guns and not wearing eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:   (a) On or about 10/06/2022 - 280 Andrew Lane, Margaret, AL, employees were  exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet, 4 inches while placing shingles.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where a portable ladder was used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder:  (a) On or about 10/06/2022 - 280 Andrew Lane, Margaret, AL, the ladder used by employees to access the roof of a residential house was not long enough to extend above the upper landing surface and was not secured nor equipped with a grasping device.
