29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE.  a) 3905 Rimrock Rd., Billings, MT 59102: On or about October 8, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet to the ground below while removing and installing asphalt shingles on a 4-12 pitch roof.
