WAREHOUSE:  On/or about October 11, 2022, the employees were exposed to the following unmounted and blocked portable fire extinguishers.  1.   Shipping and Receiving Door Area:  The ABC fire extinguisher was unmounted and not accessible (located near pallets containing product referred to as Flavor 59 tea, supplier SNA Tea), broken hook on the column to  hang the fire extinguisher.  2.  Shipping and Receiving to Bay 3:  The ABC fire extinguisher, B456 model, was unmounted.  3.  Bay 3:  The ABC fire extinguisher was  located on a work station on top of pallets between work station on Tea/liquor pallets and unmounted.
