29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:  (a) 31st & Wharton located at 2727 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154: The employer did not ensure that an exit route was maintained free of obstructions. Pallets and boxes were placed and stored inside the building and within the emergency exit route, exposing employees to fire hazards in case of an emergency.  Condition observed on/or about October 11, 2022.

The fire extinguishers were stored on the floor in the facility and not mounted to the wall.  a) Amerex Fire Extinguisher located on the North wall adjacent to the loading doors.  b) Fire Extinguisher located by the South Area storage.   Condition observed on/or about October 11, 2022.
