29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1):The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on October 7, 2022. A load consisting of a wire coil without a carrier was transported by hanging the coil vertically and looped over the forks. This allowed the load to shift and move during transport and unloading.
