29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6):The user shall see that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. a) On or about October 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure the name plate of the Hyster S45XM forklift was maintained in legible condition in that the tire size, tire pressure, drive tread width and rated capacity information were covered by an adhesive Velcro strip.
