29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a.) On or about 9/17/22, on the roof of a residential home located at 506 Allen Rd (Corner of Lawdon St.) in North Syracuse, NY: Four employees were working on a sloped roof (12:12 pitch) and were not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of over 10 feet to the ground below.
