29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): The employer did not provide potable water in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms. a) At 1512 McKay Bay Court, Tampa, FL 33619 and assigned worksites: On or about October 12, 2022, the employer exposed employees to food and waterborne illnesses and heat illnesses, in that, potable water was not provided to employees while performing landscaping duties to include but not limited to mowing, weed eating, blowing of debris, trash pickup, and grounds maintenance.
