29 CFR  1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  a)  On or about October 12, 2022 at the job-site located at 2442 High Tides Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida,  construction debris,  lumber, trash, compress air hoses, sheets of plywood were strewn along the interior, and around the residential construction unit, exposing workers to a trip and fall hazard.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a)  On or about October 12, 2022 at the job-site located at 2442 High Tides Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida,  employees were using a 18-riser wood stairway to access the second floor of a new residential building, for the purpose of working on the second floor and accessing the roof, the stairway did not have a hand rail on either side, exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about 10/12/2022, at the job-site located at  2442 High Tides Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida, employees were exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard while adding nails to the roof plywood on the 6 in 12 pitched (vertical to horizontal) roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  b) On or about 10/12/2022, at the job-site located at  2442 High Tides Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida, employees were exposed to a 9.4-foot fall hazard while retrieving lumber from the forklift into the second level of the structure on the 4 in 12 pitched (vertical to horizontal) roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  c) On or about 10/12/2022, at the job-site located at 2442 High Tides Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida, employees were exposed to a 9.4-foot fall hazard while working on the second floor of the structure due to window wall openings, fall protection was not used.   MBC Capital Investment Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572679, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/9/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5840 7th Street Zephyrhills, FL 33542.  MBC Capital Investment Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1386204, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 10233 Geese Trail Circle, Sun City Center, FL 33573.  MBC Capital Investment Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1376012, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/1/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 30639 Summer Sun Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.
