29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the jobsite, on top of the second story, on or about 10/12/2022: employees were on top of the second story, near the edge, installing the floor for the third story. Employees were estimated to be approximately 20' above the ground and 9' above the 2nd story floor without fall protection of any kind.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14):Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. (a) At the jobsite, on the second apartment complex, on or about 10/12/2022: employees were working on the second story near wall openings, in excess of 9' above the ground, without being protected from a fall hazard.
