29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer had not ensured that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: On or about October 12, 2022, employees were exposed to forklift rollover and struck by hazards when forklift operators were operating sit down forklifts to push/bulldoze empty EDV body carts between Paint Area and EDV Hang-On Line at Beam K7N and the employer had not ensured the EDV carts were transported by a forklift in a safe manner.
